Line Karma

One of my first projects when mobile phones came out was a way to crowdsource wait times in my neighborhood. I hate lines, and I really wanted a way to check how long the wait for a treadmill, Traders Joe’s checkout, the local barber, etc was in real time. Through signs at a few places in the right spot, I was able to avoid a few lines!

In retrospect, I should have made it an app (mobile web looks horrible) and focused more on traffic (bigger pain point, ended up being a key element to Waze).
